XING Mobility has made a notable debut at the 2024 Paris Motor Show, introducing the IMMERSIO™ Cell-to-Chassis (CTC) battery prototype. At the Paris Motor Show, XING Mobility presented a comprehensive suite of IMMERSIO™ battery solutions designed for multiple applications. The debut of the IMMERSIO™ CTC battery prototype stands out by offering improved space utilization and enhanced range through the integration of battery cells directly into the vehicle chassis. The Hummingbird® mobile charging station, developed in collaboration with Nordic Booster, also drew attention for its innovative approach to mobile charging.

XING Mobility’s IMMERSIO™ XE50 energy storage system represents another key component of their offerings, delivering a 1500V high-voltage immersion-cooled solution that enhances safety, efficiency, and performance even in extreme environments.

XING Mobility’s patented immersion cooling technology offers exceptional fire safety at a time when global EV demand is on the rise. Unlike traditional systems, the IMMERSIO™ battery is designed to actively prevent thermal runaway, a leading cause of EV fires. In 2023, the company conducted the world’s first three-nail penetration safety test on an immersion-cooled battery, demonstrating the system’s ability to significantly reduce punctured cell temperatures in under 10 seconds, thus preventing potential fires.
